A Prayer for Transformation from the Inside Out | Your Daily Prayer

Crosswalk Video

By Emily Rose Massey, Crosswalk.com

Looking back over eleven years of motherhood, Emily Rose Massey recognizes not only how much her children have grown but how faithfully God has been changing her. Reflecting on 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24, this devotional explores sanctification—the ongoing work of God in transforming believers to become more like Christ. While Christians will not reach perfection in this life, we can participate in spiritual growth through Scripture, prayer, obedience, service, discipleship, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. This prayer asks God to continue His transforming work from the inside out.
